At the outset you will need to have funds available to pay for the following:

Deposit Legal costs (including stamp duty)

Valuation and survey fees Lenders fees

With some mortgages it is possible for some or all of the above to be included in the mortgage loan.

Alternatively some of these items could be funded from a cashback mortgage.

For most business transacted, we hope to recoup our costs from the commission paid by the product providers.
